In our sessions
We talk through what ever is coming up for you. A pattern resurfacing, a decision you are needing to make, staying confident whilst you apply what you are learning.
Between sessions
You're not left to work it out alone. You can reach me if something comes up that you are struggling with and each session builds on the last one.
Sessions are available online via Zoom or in person on Exmoor.
